How was your career developing in the Instar Company?
I joined the company Instar Logistics in 2002 as a Customer Service Specialist.
I had already realized during the interview that I wanted to work here. I was entrusted with one of the main clients ... I was very nervous, but I tried, and it worked.
In a year, I won the nomination of the best Customer Service Specialist and I was terribly proud of myself!
In 200 .... I was transferred to the position of supervisor, and in 200 .... I became the head of the Customer Service department.
What is your secret of success?
There is no secret. I just love what I do, I try to do my work properly until the end and I do it with responsibly. In November 2012, it was already 10 years of my work in Instar Logistics. I got a great experience and now it helps me to do what previously seemed to be incomprehensible and inaccessible.
In your opinion, what distinguishes the Instar Company from similar companies in the logistics market?
The ability to predict the situation and offer new solutions.
Dig experience allows us to solve almost any problem.
We work with clients of various industries and provide the maximal integration in their business.
We have achieved a lot over the years, and I really feel pride for the company and for myself, because I’m a part of it!
The average age of employees in your department is 25 years.
How do you train your staff?
I am teaching staff to work as a team, because success of the business depends on our collaboration with other departments. Also, we provide training with the involvement of specialists from other departments.
What could you wish to candidates who are just looking for themselves?
The most important thing is to be the best at what you’re doing!
And also, I think that logistics is very interesting, creative and informative!
